Buisness Groups Happy with China Trade Bill

NPR's Kathleen Schalch reports that business groups are pleased with House passage of the China trade bill. They've been lobbying hard for the legislation and hope to profit by selling their products and services in the Chinese market. Labor groups were disappointed with yesterday's vote and say they'll hold individual members of Congress accountable in the November election.
