Smaller Power Plants

Janet Babin of Indiana Public Radio reports on new smaller power plants, that are being built around the country to provide supplemental power, taking advantage of recent industry deregulation and the recent soaring prices for electricity. These new plants are encountering opposition from local residents and environmental activists who say they don't belong in suburbs and farmlands where they are being built.
