Health Insurance Legislation

On Thursday, the U.S. House was scheduled to vote on a bill that would give independent doctors the right to bargain collectively with insurance companies. But the debate was called off in the middle of the night — literally hours before the planned vote. NPR's Julie Rovner reports.
