NPR's Peter Kenyon reports that Kentucky Senator Jim Bunning is trying to win support for presenting boxer Muhammad Ali with the Congressional Gold Medal, the highest civilian honor Congress can give. But some veterans are expressing outrage at the idea, because Ali refused military service during the Vietnam War.
