NPR's Martin Kaste reports on efforts to rebuild in a Venezuelan town ravaged by last December's storms. The north coast town of Maiquetia lost entire neighborhoods in the torrential rains and mudslides. Now people are going back to salvage what they can. They're hampered by crime, and by a lack of government help five months after the disaster.
