NPR's Linda Gradstein reports on the 7,000 south Lebanese who fled to Isrel as it withdrew its army form their area a week ago. The new refugees, militiamen and their families who cooperated with Israel, are seen as traitors by the Lebanese government. In Israel they are the new refugees, living in makeshift camps unsure where they will be a few months from now.
