Hope for Juvenile Diabetes

NPR's Joanne Silberner reports on a Canadian treatment for juvenile diabetes whose early success may give sufferers of the disease new hope. Published in the "New England Journal of Medicine," the study of diabetics who've undergone pancreatic cell transplants has yielded successful results, but its authors caution that more work is needed.
