Gore - Conference of Mayors

Vice President Al Gore finished a three-day campaign in Washington state last night with a speech at the Conference of Mayors. Here, the vice president discussed what he believes will be defining issues in the upcoming months. NPR's Elizabeth Arnold reports on Gore's trip and on how Washington state is a potential battleground between him and potential Republican candidate George W. Bush.
