Branch Davidians Wrongful Death Suit

NPR's Wade Goodwyn reports on the Wrongful Death lawsuit filed by Branch Davidians. The trial, which begins today, will decide whether the federal government was responsible for the deaths of more than 80 Branch Davidians, in the 1993 raid of the group's compound near Waco, Texas. Survivors and family members of those killed contend federal agents used excessive force; the FBI says agents were left with few options.
