White House Chiefs of Staff Position

NPR's Mara Liasson reports on the suggestions that former White House Chiefs of Staff are offering to whoever ends up doing that job next January. Ten former White House Chiefs of Staff, including Leon Panetta and James Baker, got together last week in Washington for a discussion of the position and its responsibilities.
