Branch Davidian Wrongful Death Case

Arguments have begun in the wrongful death case against the government for the deadly 1993 siege of the Branch Davidian compound outside Waco, Texas. NPR's Wade Goodwyn reports that the judge has excluded testimony from three FBI negotiators...but to get that ruling, government lawyers agreed not to argue that the Davidians were in any way negligent by remaining in the compound during the siege.
