Texas Death Row

Pressure is mounting on the state of Texas to reconsider a death sentence scheduled to be carried out tomorrow. Gary Graham was convicted of murder based largely on the testimony of one eyewitness. Other eyewitnesses, who claimed they saw someone else commit the crime, did not testify in Graham's trial. Linda talks to Christy Hope, a reporter for the Dallas Morning News, in Austin, Texas about the case, and the state's process for deciding whether death row cases deserve reconsideration.
