Oil Prices

NPR's John Ydstie reports OPEC members meeting in Vienna agreed to boost oil production. But its unlikely to make much of a difference in prices for American drivers. OPEC says it will increase output by more than 700,000 barrels starting July 1st. Oil prices in New York increased today, despite promises of increased supply. In Washington today, meanwhile, the FTC launched an investigation to determine why gas prices are so high in the Midwest.
