ATV Ban in Kentucky

NPR's Adam Hochberg reports on a lawsuit in Kentucky by off-road vehicle owners. They are fighting the government's decision to bar all-terrain vehicles from national forests. Supporters of the ban say ATV's damage the environment. Critics say that environmental concerns are exaggerated.
