Bill Thomas: Conflict of Interest?

NPR's Brian Naylor reports on allegations against Bill Thomas, a Republican congressional representative from Bakersfield, California. It's alleged the relationship he acknowledges with a health-care lobbyist, has created a conflict of interest. Thomas has been deeply involved in the prescription drug plan legislation the House plans to vote on this week.
