Adoption Records in Oregon

After an extended legal battle in Oregon, the U.S. Supreme Court approved a state initiative allowing adoptees to open sealed adoption records. Nancy Solomon of member station KLCC profiles one adoptee who sleuthed his way to his birth parents after getting his birth records in the mail.
