The US Census Bureau is investigating whether any laws were broken when two police officers in Saint Paul, Minnesota posed as Census workers while working a drug case. Later that day, they came back with a search warrant and made four arrests. Robert talks with Paul Gustafson, the Ramsey County Courts Reporter for the Minneapolis Star Tribune.
