Host Bob Edwards talks to Mexican political scientist Jorge Casteneda about the historic change in Mexican politics. Yesterday, Mexican voters delivered a devastating blow to the Institutional Revolutionary Party which has ruled this country for 71 years. A landslide victory for Vicente Fox of the conservative National Action Party in yesterday's election signaled a historic turning point in Mexican politics.
