ADA Anniversary

Ten years ago this month, Congress passed the Americans with Disabilities Act — legislation to protect disabled Americans in the workplace and to provide access to facilities and services. Host David Wright talks to Peter Blanck, head of the Law, Health, Policy and Disability Center at the University of Iowa, about where the ADA has had the greatest impact, and where legal challenges have limited its scope.
