Americans and Exercise

It's no secret that everyone can benefit from regular exercise, but not everyone knows that regular exercise could help decrease the need for insulin, antipressants, and drugs for high blood pressure and cholesterol levels. Exercise helps people with asthma breath more easily, it lowers anxiety and lengthens lifespans. There probably isn't a person alive who couldn't benefit from regular exercise. So why aren't Americans getting more exercise? Is it scheduling? Today's guests will offer suggestions on how to fit exercise into your daily routine.
