Kosovo Struggling

Anne Garrels reports from Pristina on the symptoms of a struggling international presence in Kosovo. Peacekeepers find themselves in the unusual position of traffic guards, trying to manage the area's deadly gridlock. And with Kosovo's infrastructure shattered along with its roads, the task is both difficult and dangerous.
