Rebellion in Peru

NPR's Martin Kaste reports from Lima, Peru, on a three-day-old uprising by renegade soldiers who are challenging President Alberto Fujimori's authority. According to the regional army command in the southeast Andes, most of these rebels have been captured without confrontation.
