Clinton at Global Summit

NPR's Vicki O'Hara reports from Brunei where President Clinton is attending the annual summit of Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation forum. Even though he lacks a clear successor, Clinton reassured world leaders that both candidates have stated their commitment to a strong US role in global trade.
