Jack Welch

Jeffrey Immelt was named this week as the successor to Jack Welch, retiring Chief Executive of General Electric. Jack Welch is a legend in business circles, having run a conglomerate in ways a conglomerate should be run. Scott speaks with Fortune magazine's editor-at-large Joe Nocera about this succession.
