Another Tie

The town of LeFarge, Wisconsin is facing its own election day tie: a referendum to remodel the school came out 392 to 392. There's been a recount, votes have been disqualified, and soon the issue will go to the courts. Scott Simon talks with LeFarge school superintendent, Lee Bush about the crisis.
