Ehud Barak Resigns

NPR's Linda Gradstein reports from Jerusalem, where Israel's Prime Minister Ehud Barak resigned over the weekend. Contenders for his position include former Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu , but a technicality may keep him from running.
