Shepherd talks about why the International Paralympics Committee suspended the International Sports Organization for Athletes with Intellectual Disability, also known as the INAS-FID, from membership. Shepherd describes the scandal that broke out after the discovery that most players on the Spanish Paralympic Basketball team were not intellectually disabled.
