Drug Kingpin Laws

NPR's Eric Westervelt reports on President Clinton's commutation of David Ronald Chandler's death sentence in the final days of his presidency. Now, many are looking back to Chandler's original conviction under the federal drug kingpin law and questioning how well the law really works.
