Puerto Rico's 1st Female Governor

Host Bob Edwards talks with Puerto Rico's new governor Sila Calderon. Calderon is the first woman to hold the post, and during her campaign she promised to end U.S. Navy live fire exercises on the Puerto Rican island of Vieques .
