Clinton Pays Emotional Visit To The Congo

Secretary of State Clinton also visited the Democratic Republic of Congo earlier this week. The country has been plagued by violence and civil conflict for the past nine years, since Rwandan and Ugandan rebels, responsible for the death of millions of people in the 1994 Rwandan genocide, fled to the Congo.
