Election Re-Examination

NPR's Phillip Davis reports on the re-examination of the presidential election that kept the country on edge for five weeks. A number of news organizations and one research firm have come together to try to find order in the chaos that was the 2000 election. However, all of the parties involved insist that this is NOT a recount.
