John Ging, director of the United Nations' refugee agency in Gaza talks to Madeleine Brand about the situation at the Israeli controlled Erez crossing.

That is where hundreds of Palestinians are trapped as they try to flee Gaza for the West Bank. Many have fled their homes since Hamas took over the Gaza Strip last week.
