National Governors Association Meeting

Host Bob Edwards talks with Democratic Gov. Gray Davis of California and Republican Gov. Jim Geringer of Wyoming. They're meeting in Washington this weekend for the annual winter meeting of the National Governors' Association. Davis has been struggling lately with an energy crisis while Wyoming's Geringer has been profiting from the electricity shortage.
