Bush Campaigns for Tax-cut Plan

NPR's Don Gonyea reports from Michigan about President Bush's efforts to garner public support for his tax-cut plan. In a speech yesterday in Kalamazoo, Michigan, Mr. Bush responded to those who claim his lack of confidence in the economy is amplifying the recent downturn.
