FEMA Head, Joe Allbaugh

Host Bob Edwards talks with Joe Allbaugh, head of the Federal Emergency Management Agency. Tomorrow he'll make his second tour of the areas flooded by the swolen Mississippi River. Allbaugh says some of those areas could do more to protect themselves.
