Jim Traficant

NPR's Steve Inskeep reports that once again Ohio Congressman Jim Traficant faces charges of bribery. In 1983 Traficant was acquitted on charges of accepting bribes from the Mafia. This time he is accused of shaking down government contractors, business leaders and his own staff.
