For Prom, Taffeta Is Out, Duct Tape Is In

An essential of modern life becomes prom garb. Two teens from Richland, W.V., make a tuxedo, dress and accessories — including bow tie, top hat and tiara — out of duct tape. The outfits took 25 hours to make.
