Liane speaks with NPR's Steve Inskeep about the fallout from Thursday's revelation that the FBI did not release more than 3000 documents relevant to the Timothy McVeigh Oklahoma City bombing case. As a result, Attorney General John Ashcroft, a stern proponent of the death penalty, delayed McVeigh's execution by 30 days.
