Scotus: Medical Marijuana

NPR Legal Affairs Correspondent Nina Totenberg reports on the Supreme Court ruling today that invalidates California's medical marijuana law. The federal government has been fighting the law, which legalizes the drug on a prescription basis, since voters approved it five years ago.
