NPR's Libby Lewis reports on the CIA tapes of Russell Weston, the man who is accused of killing two federal police officers in the U.S. Capitol three years ago. The depth of Weston's schizophrenia is revealed in his conversations with a CIA official. A federal appeals court this week takes up the question of whether Weston should be forced to take medication in order to stand trial.
