Drug-pricing Laws

Charlotte Renner of Maine Public Radio reports that residents of Maine will soon see some relief in their prescription drug bills. The nation's first drug-pricing law, passed last year, has been upheld by an appeals court. While other states are looking to follow Maine, drug manufacturers still oppose the law, saying it's unconstitutional.
