Death Penalty

Commentator Joe Davidson says the McVeigh case highlights problems with the entire criminal justice system in America — not just with the FBI. Davidson says the delay of McVeigh's execution shifts focus to the man next in line, whose case points to the greater unsolvable problems with the death penalty like racism and geographic bias.
