US Base In Paraguay

NPR's Martin Kaste reports from Paraguay on a U.S. military training exercise there. American forces say they're on a strictly humanitarian mission, offering medical advice and dentistry. But some Paraguayans say the presence of the U.S. camp is having an impact on drug trafficking in the area.
