Taiwan President Visit

Taiwan's president Chen Shui-bian embarks today on a tour of Latin America that is expected to increase the tension between the U.S. and China. On his way to Central America, Chen will be staying in the United States for several days where he will meet with American lawmakers. NPR's Rob Gifford reports.
