Tax Cut Approved

NPR's David Welna reports from Capitol Hill about the Senate's vote to pass the $1.35 trillion tax cut. GOP leaders hope to have a final tax plan for President Bush to sign before Memorial Day. But the Democrats are still pushing to ensure that the final version contains some of their key provisions.
