Bush Appointments

Host Bob Edwards talks with Paul Light, director of governmental studies at the Brookings Institute, about the huge number of Bush administration appointments still pending. Only about 10-percent of the positions needing Senate confirmation have been approved and Light believes it may take until February of 2002 before the process is completed.
