'Waging Modern War' Part II

In the second installment of his two-part interview, host Bob Edwards talks with retired General Wesley Clark about his new book, Waging Modern War. The former NATO Supreme Allied Commander says he had difficulty getting support from the Pentagon during the 1999 campaign in Yugoslavia. He says divided interests within the Clinton administration, and a reluctance by some in Congress to back the campaign threatened NATO's success in Kosovo.
