Senate Power Shift

Host Bob Edwards talks with Jennifer Duffy, senate editor of the Cook Political Report, about the aftermath of this morning's party-switch by Vermont Senator James Jeffords. Until now President Bush has had little resistance in Congress to his proposals. But with Democrats suddenly in control of the Senate rules and schedule, we're likely to see a marked change in what gets passed and how fast.
