Texas - Criminal Law Reform

Reporter Janet Heimlich reports on several criminal justice reforms pending in the Texas legislature. Among the proposals expected to become law: better access to DNA tests, a ban on racial profiling, improved representation for the poor, and a halt on any execution of the mentally retarded.
