Governor Davis & President Bush

California Gov. Gray Davis' popularity in his home state has plummeted in recent months, largely due to his handling of the energy crisis. At the same time the governor is aiming sharper criticism at the Bush administration's energy policies. From member station KQED, Ellen Ciurczak reports.
